We offer free standard shipping anywhere in Australia when you spend over $80.00.
Flat rate of $12.50 Australia wide. Please note that delivery can take 5 to 7 working days within Australia, but we do our best to ship to you as soon as we receive payment.
Flat rate of $15.00 Australia wide. Delivery is quicker and typically takes around than 3 to 4 working days.
Product(s) ordered will be dispatched within seven (7) working days from the payment receipt date*. In most cases however, your order will be shipped within three (3) working days.
Australia Post will deliver direct to you, however, if you are not available to accept delivery at this time, your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office and a calling card left in your letter box to notify you of this.
Serenity and Rose accepts no responsibility for any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, delivery company strikes, etc.

- Orders over $110.00AUD will have free standard shipping.

Delivery can take 6 to 10 working days or longer for some destinations, however further destinations may take longer. Serenity and Rose accepts no responsibility in any delays of delivery.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Upon reaching the destination country, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures. This can cause delays beyond any original delivery estimates. Serenity and Rose takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The customer accepts any and all responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes and/or other fees that may be imposed. We suggest contacting your local customs office for further information in regards to taxes and duties.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE / REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, please contact us to help resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will replace or exchange a product for you on the provision that the product has not been used and is still in its original packaging and condition. We will investigate the reason as to a fault of the product. A change of mind or circumstance will not result in an exchange, return or refund.

within 3 working days of receiving your goods. The return your goods must be received within 12 working days of your contact. Products must be in their original packaging and condition.
Any postage fees paid by you will not be refunded. The postage fee to return the items is your responsibility. In the event of an item found to be faulty, we will not apply postage charges (excluding any import taxes and duties).
In the event of a refund, this will be made using the same method as the original payment method. No other method will be used.
